Returns

We have a strict no returns policy at Unearthed Recycled, Up-Cycled & New for change of mind, so please make sure you are happy with your purchase before continuing.

We offer Exchanges or Store Credit only for Clothing and Shoes because they are items that can be a bit tricky purchasing online. Please notify us by email within 7 Days of delivery if you are planning to exchange or are wanting Store Credit.
Return postage if needed will be at the expense of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please contact us via email at unearthedrecycled@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your stock. If the credit request is approved, we will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card or send out the extra products you require.

Included with your request must be the following:

• Invoice number

• Photos of all broken items

• A brief description of the fault or issue
